Very professional, friendly, on time and willing to work with the client to make sure I was happy. Over all outstanding and would definitely use again in the future.
Mostly happy. When asked to see a sample area of the tile cleaning quite a bit of time was spent on one area and the sample was impressive. when I agreed to clean the whole area the amount of time was not the same and the result was not as impressive. Good job but more time would of made it better

I'm usually allergic to any cleaning chemicals including carpet shampoo, and with Zerorez, I didn't smell anything nor did my allergies flare up.
Also the technician was very pleasant, nice and informative.
The next time I have any need to clean the remaining carpet in my house I will definitely use Zerorez.
