Coffee stain was not removed from carpet, no one returned my call when I called within two hours of the technician leaving to say that the stain had not come out. (It appeared to have when the carpet was wet but as it dried, it reappeared) After waiting a week, I called again to ask to be removed from your mailing list and the lady I spoke to convinced me to let a technician come out again to try to remove the stain. So someone came and sprayed the carpet and told me it would come out, even though I could still see the stain when he left. I did not come out. STILL NO ONE CALLED TO SEE IF WE WERE SATISFIED. YOU HAVE EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE!!
Our carpet is 9 years old but looked brand new when Jerod was done cleaning it! Love that there was no chemical smell or residue!
The service was top notch. The carpet technician Ray was very personable and precessional.
The rep who did the carpet was most professional and a pleasure to have in our house I would have hm back again if I were inclined to use Zerorez which would not do . The process for some reason raised a portion of the carpet , a similar happing at a friend of ours, and this appears to now require that he carpet be restretched. I will say that it is perfectly clean and except for the raised area looks new ..but the stretching has never happened before and we will probably go back to our previous clearner in the future and after we have it repaired.
