carpets look great..worker does good job
Greetings Zerorez Customer Service, I sent an e-mail with my contact info on January 12th to Email address removed regarding our carpet rippling and buckling after it was cleaned on the 10th. I did not receive a response back, so I called customer service on January 16th to explain our situation. Sidney requested I email photos and we would hear back from him. We did not receive a call back as of the 18th. To maintain our warranty, we will need to have our carpets cleaned annually, do we wait two weeks and live in our living room to have the carpet settle each time we have our carpets cleaned by Zerorez? Any information that you can provide to help us prevent that from happening in the future would be greatly appreciated. When I contacted Zerorez for an appointment I discussed how many rooms needed to be cleaned as well as an area rug (wool). I was given a price and set up the appointment. When the cleaner arrived he had no record of the quote and thought he was just going to pick up the area rug. I had moved the area carpet outside on my patio slab as instructed by the woman I originally spoke to. The technician said you didn't clean those rugs onsite. We agreed to the cleaning of carpets as originally quoted and after calling a supervisor he said he could clean the area rug onsite. This was done but at a much higher rate. I have no complaints as to to cleaning but was not happy that the service tech did not have the quote and when he cleaned the area rug he did it the same way as the rest of the house. Why then wasn't I just charged the same as another room? Nothing different was done to clean the area rug. I would like you ask for reimbursement for the difference I was charged for the area rug and the cost of just having it done as an additional room. Thank you

I was at work but my husband was very very happy with the product and service. Our carpets look absolutely beautiful. We love the fact that there are no chemicals used as we have a doggy we just adopted a month ago and we only want the best for her. We lost a beloved doggy the end of September so this little girl is even more special to us. My husband said the young man that came was so nice. His name is Roy Lewis.

I was not pleased with the cleaning of my Aubusson Rug. You have cleaned it many times before. Anthony is definintely a company man and takes your policies to the nth degree. However, at this time i am not satisfied with cleaning. I have spent hours since the appointment cleaning with my Oreck cleaner and still many containers of dirty water still continue to rise up to be emptied. Having a two man team for our two story home made the cleaning go much faster then we anticipated. Very happy with the results of the cleaning
Shorter appointment windows
I had the guys here 2 times to clean my grout and neither time has the tile been clean when they are done. My wife and I tried to clean the tile with both a sponge mop and a Hoover FloorMate and neither one is removing the dirt on the tiles after the grout cleaning. We called today and a supervisor was supposed to get back to us and we are still waiting for a callback. Also the rep who answered the phone never identified herself and then was talking to someone in the background in Spanish while on the phone with my wife

Andrew G. is what we liked most. This technician is definitely an asset to your company. He was extremely pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, caring, patient and conscious of the end result. If I could pick a higher rating number I would.

I love the dry time and that there aren't harsh chemicals that are being used
The carpet was wet for 8 hours, and the tech left a mess of water on my tile downstairs with shoe prints all over down stairs
The technician was excellent. He explained the process, answered our question and made suggestions. No pressure to buy additional services. The end result was super clean carpets!

carpet which was to be dry in 6 to 8 hours is still wet after more than 24 hours.
the loop nap is flat in most areas and took vacuuming over same areas 4 t0 5 times
to raise it at all in areas that were dry.
