Your technician did a good job on the carpet. However, I used to feel like your prices were very reasonable, but every time I use Zerorez the price is significantly higher than the last. I think there are more economical options out there.
Ray was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure my carpets and couch were up to par. He was wonderful and pleasant as well as professional and thorough. Will use again!

Your technician, Anthony Olmstead, was very professional and unlike any other carpet cleaning company I have dealt with, I did not feel like he was there to double the price I was quoted on the phone. I was very detailed on what I needed on the phone, I didn't pay anything more than what I expected and received great service. I was also very impressed with how highly Anthony spoke of working for Zerorez and it's owners. He said it is a great company to work for and he enjoys what he does. My carpets felt clean after the visit and I am very happy with the service I received. I will definitely call you next time I need my carpets cleaned and would ask for Anthony again.

I like that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals to clean. It keeps the air and carpet fresh. They are not expensive and nice staff.

I like your reliability, integrity, quality of work. I like that I can give you an address and lock box code and your techs go there and do a professional job without me even being there. My clients are always happy with the result! I like the fact that the techs call me to describe any issues and give me a quote on what it costs to fix them. Everything looked great. The carpet was so clean. Anthony was incredible and gave us lots of good information. It will save us money in the future.
The techs were on time, knew their business and products, and completed the project in a timely manner. Did a much better job than I thought was possible with what they had to work with.
