Clean & Efficient
My service rep. was very friendly and competent. I have a large dog so the carpets were pretty dirty with stains here and there. The stains came up and the carpets look like new. I will use zerorez again.

This is the third time I have used Zerorez, and the first time I have been disappointed. The master bedroom smells like it wasn't cleaned well at all.
All the tecks are great, they do a wonderful job and very fibrprofessional.
I would like you also to put on the card you sent with the $29.00 price, somwhere that there is an additional cost for the fiber protectant.I always get it, but it jacks the price up $100.
I have a rainbow vacuum and the water is clear when I use it the following day. no suds. very professional, friendly and on time!
