I did not meet with the Zerorez rep. We are buying a house in Henderson, our Real Estate agent met with them to get a bid to have the carpets cleaned. However, looking at your website, I this you have an awesome company.

The only thing I have noticed in the two times that your company has cleaned my carpets, is that I am told drying time would be 8 hours, but in reality it takes several days to dry.

Honest,quick and on time
The product cleans better than anything else we have tried. It even got out the cat "spitup" stain from our nylon rug. The workman was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will recommend Zero Rez any time.
How quickly it was done and results.
Andres was very thorough about explaining what the process was. The estimator and the guys that came to do the carpet were friendly and courteous. I loved that there was very little odor when they were shampooing and Absolutly NO odor when I came in Monday.

Bate and switch! Price I recieved is not what I requested over the Internet. Check the request from the Internet! Was not for three bedrooms and a stairway yet when confirmation call came that was all that was scheduled! I was okay paying more for pet stains if they had come out completely! Day after and the carpets smell terrible and the stains are still present! Technician, Roy, was super friendly.
