The first time my carpets were cleaned the technician rushed through due to a busy and late schedule and only spent an hour at my house. He indicated they were short two technicians that Saturday. When I asked him to go over a couple problem areas again (which we usually have to do) he said it wasn't necessary. Our area rug, some stairs, and part of our master bedroom were not clean. Some of the tile grout in the master bath did not clean well either. I had to call and reschedule to have these areas cleaned again.
The second technician repeatedly lectured me about carpet fiber, wear etc. and insisted that our bathroom grout had been re-done which it has not! With my insistance he cleaned these areas again and needless to say the carpet looked much better and WAS CLEANER!
This is the first time I have not had excellent service from Zerorez and was disappointed.
That it really did take away the oder and left our carpets super clean.the tech was amazing and went above and beyond. Super helpful
Ive had my carpet cleaned with zerorez previously and raved about it to anyone interested in getting carpets cleaned. This time I was not as satisfied. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets had a malfunction with his equipment which I later noticed left the carpet in that area not looking as clean. There were also many traces of things on the carpet that typically should've come up with a regular cleaning. I also noticed last time the cleaner got very close to baseboard and door frames leaving a very fresh clean look. It doesnt look like he came near the basboards or sliding glass doors at all. I am not sure who did it right or wrong, but I prefer the close cleaning to the basboards.Also noticed stepping on random crunchy areas after dry. So at this point I would not recommend zerorez.
I am not sure if he took shortcuts because he was getting behind schedule with the malfunction. That couldve been the issue. He was pleasant and professional.

Treat existing spots. While I wouldn't expect total removal, an effort would have been appreciated. One of the main reasons I had my carpets cleaned was to eradicate them.

I had carpets, rugs and funiture cleaned. I also had my shower and counter tops polished and resealed. Everything looks great when he was done. Roy did a really great job, and he was nice.
You come on time workers are always friendly and professional. My carpet looks and smells great. This is my 2nd time using zerorez and not the last. Mahalo

the Products really made our office carpets look refreshed and the products smelled great. The services....were awesome. The salesman Doug McKee, to your office staff and most of all the Service tech, Jan, everyone was very friendly and extremely professional and wonderful to work with. The only thing I would suggest is that your salesman have a business card on him so he can leave a card with the customer - that's pretty important. Jan was AWESOME!!!! Give that guy a raise he really did a super job. Thank You Jan!
The carpet cleaning was great, yet the mistake made was having my kitchen (for free) tile cleaned, which stripped the natural sheen, leaving it dull and lifeless looking, compared with the rest of the tile, since there was only a small amount offered for free. I choose you specifically because you don't use chemicals. You were highly recommended by a family member who uses you regularly, as I will from now on. The gentleman who came to the house was great and did a wonderful job. I am extremely pleased.

Like magic!!!!! I have tried all carpet cleaning methods over the years and for the past 10 years have been using a dry-type method with the pads. While that worked for carpet in my previous home, in the current home with cream colored berber carpeting, the carpet was jus getting duller and duller. Then someone used too much soap on the stairs and the carpet looked destroyed. Then I decided to try zerorez because I knew a big part of the problem was too much product being used on the carpet. Amazing!!! The super hot alkaline steam brought my carpet back to life immediately and brightened it up significantly. All with no detergents!! Love, love, love this method. Technician was super friendly, on time, and efficient. Now, it did take much longer for my carpet to dry than with the dry-type cleaning method, but I'm much more satisfied with this method, and I feel like the carpet was disinfected because the steam was so hot. And did I mention how nice the technician was? Had to mention it again. All in all, this was a great experience with superior service. Thank you.
No residue, no after smell other than the natural orange oil scent, carpet poofs right back up like it's new, good for my chemical-sensitive/asthmatic child and dogs. We have noticed the type of techs that Zerorez employs are exceptional in delivering information, customer service, and professionalism. They call when they're supposed to, they show up on time and they deliver the product we have come to expect from this company. If you're looking for a natural alternative to the checmical cleaners out there, I promise they are worth trying!
They did a fantastic job. The carpet came out clean and soft and fluffy.
The tech who cleaned out our air ducts was supposed to call us back regarding a question I had and still haven't even after two phone calls to the Zerorez office. Very susprised I pay $1200 for a service and this is the kind of service I receive. Now not only am I upset about not getting a call back I regret paying this amount of money for a service that I come to find out all other companies charge way less!! Not only do I never want to use your company for service it makes me want to let everyone know how you treat customer service and charge high prices!
