Ray was great, I have no problem with him. What I DO have a problem with, was when I called I asked simply, how much a room to clean carpet. I was informed it was 29.00 a room. Okay, great. Once Ray got here he said, "There are two ways of cleaning, one is the 29.00 way and the other is an additional 35.00." He proceeded to show me a machine that has rotating heads and says this will clean better..... HERE IS MY BEEF...... WHY, tell me WHY couldn't the person who answered the phone TELL ME there were two ways! Maybe I WOULD have done two rooms like that, but I was so mad that I was trying to be UPCHARGED, there was no way I would do it. What a bunch of crap!!!! After Ray left, I pulled out my Hoover Max Extract and got the carpet in the dining room CLEANER. The area where there was a table was LIGHTER than the rest of the carpet. When I got done, you could BARELY see it.... I have video.
My other beef is 3 years ago a zerorez guy (not Ray) came over and used a UV light that didn't show any animal urine in the closet or anywhere else. I TOLD my property management company that I could smell dog and cat pee. I had the UV shown inside the bathroom closet (because it smelled like cat pee) and it didn't show ANYTHING. Needless to say, living here, on humid days I can SMELL dog/dog and cat pee. At that time, I COULD have gotten the landlord to propertly clean the carpets..... heres the thing, THIS TIME AROUND, Ray comes in and has a good quality $150.00 black light and starts to show me "old" spots of urine that were UNDER MY COUCH WHICH SITS ON THE FLOOR, as in no animal can get under it to pee! This means the FIRST zerorez guy had a low quality light (per Ray and I agree). So I had Ray shine HIS light in my upstairs closet.... GUESS what??? Unless my cat can move giant baskets just to pee, there is NO way it was him. Now I am concerned when I move out that the property management is going to try to charge me for all new carpet JUST BECAUSE the first guy didn't have a good light!
My cat DID have a bladder infection a few months back and DID pee in front on the TV, which is what they do when they are sick. I used Natures Miracle Urine and it came out (even with the black light Ray had). I feed my cat raw meat now and we have not had ONE problem. There were old urine traces under where our furniture is and there is no way it was our cat. I feel if the first guy had a good light, it would have been recorded PROPERLY under the lease or I could have gotten the owner to pay for urine removal. I am NOT happy with the lame first guy or the upcharging this time around. Oh and that 8.00 FEUL FEE?????? Come ON! The prices of gas have dropped, give me a break.
The serviceman arrived early, was very thorough and kind and my carpets look beautifully clean. My improvements are two: 1) I would have appreciated that he replace the furnishings he removed (such as chairs) and placed plastic shields under them rather than leave them for me to replace by myself today and 2) that he had furnished some booties for us to use during the time the carpet was still wet.

I requested Brandon , when I booked the job. I said if I could not get him for that date, I would wait until he could do the job. When the reminder call came in I asked if I had Brandon. YES! We moved all the furniture, in preparation. I did not have Brandon as was told and requested. Lou did the job. I am not using your company again, because the high pressure sales to increase all the cost and I believe I was lied to.

RAY Was awesome, kind, very professional and I couldn't believe I called on Tuesday and got Ray out there Tuesday afternoon. It was so nice not to have to wait til the weekend to have someone come out and clean this nasty carpet that was driving me crazy. Also I didn't have to take my day off to do it, he did it during the work week !!! YAY !! I would say to your customers DO NOT LOOK anywhere else, just call ZEROREZ !!!! Ray takes his job very seriously and is so committed, he deserves a raise !!!
Carpets and Tiles look great and personnel are great. The young felloe Anthony who did our floors was very nice and very efficient.

Could not get out coffee stains, I know that is a tough stain, but was told it wouldn't be a problem. I'm in the process of getting new carpet.

The service people are friendly and professional. The carpet feels soft and clean. When other carpet cleaners clean my carpets, the carpets feel stiff and looks dirty again in a week.

The carpet was wet for several hours after the quoted time. The main high-traffic area was still considerably darker than the rest of the carpet. There is still a very distinct smell throughout the house of wet carpet, or pet stains which was the main reason why we chose Zerorez.

You were 4 hours late getting to my house. After multiple calls To your office, I was given different times each time I called. First they were going to be out at 11:45 after they missed their 9 o'clock initial time. I called again and then you were going to be there at 12. I called again and then you were going to be there at 1:30. I had rescheduled my entire morning to meet your Technicians. The only reason I rated it a two was the two young technicians that took my carpet to be cleaned Were apologetic and very knowledgeable.
Far and away the BEST technique for carpet cleaning.
My carpeting stretched in two places after drying. It was not stretched before. I think your company was professional, fast, and polite. I think the cleaning solution works well. I was sorry I didn't have a small walkway into the closet done.

Talking on the phone with the girl she quoted us around 200 after I described everything to her. The bill ended up being $600. I understand variances, but that is a HUGE variance. Also, while a lot of the pet stained spots were cleaned up, there were still a lot that I found and that was disappointing. They were still mostly along the crevices by the walls and on the walls themselves. The guy said he would clean the walls and they were better just not completely clean. For $600 I was really hoping to be impressed, but I wasn't impressed unfortunately.
