Juan and Caesar arrived on time for both our appointment and to shampoo our carpet and clean/seal our tile. They were very professional and paid attention to detail. We are highly satisfied and would recommend them to our friends and family. It was a pleasure to do business with Zerorez.
There were still spots on the couch and when it was done being cleaned, there were lines left on it. Also, there was residue left on the floor all around the couch.
