Carpet looks great. It's clean and feels soft, not stiff and "crunchy". Technichian who came out had wonderful customer service skills; very friendly.

Jerod Phipps physically came to the residence (located at 9340 Villa Ridge, Las Vegas NV) and inspected the carpet in May. He asked about the age of two subject stains and we told him about two years plus. He gave us an estimate of $206 to clean the carpet and remove the stains. When the technician showed up (Edward Sauceva) on June 3rd to do the job, he said it was going to cost $584. I questioned this, told him I had a much lower estimate in the $200 range, and he gave me a lot of excuses why the earlier estimate was no good. He told me for that price he would get the stains out and guarantee it so I agreed. I am located in Alaska, and am doing this for my mother who is in a nursing home. When he completed the job, Edward was instructed to wait for my neighbor to inspect it. However, Edward completed the job earlier than estimated and left before my neighbor could inspect. When my neighbor saw the carpet after Edward left, he reported to me that it was not satisfactory. I called and requested a second cleaning to be done, and that was accomplished by another technician the next day. It now appears to be satisfactory. However, I think it is inexcusable to "low ball" an estimate and then demand nearly triple the price once the technician shows up. I believe I was taken advantage of because I am an out of state customer. I think ZeroRez should honor the original estimate of $206 and refund the difference ($378). I didn't think that the cleaner got the edges, right next to the wall very well. Esp in the walk in closet. If I have been there when the cleaning was done, I would have asked him to go back and fix it.

The product is non chemicaland the service was a 10 plus. The technician was professional and did a great job.
I was happy with the services provided, and the gentleman was nice, however I was over charged. I have a total of 16 stairs and was charged for 20! Thats is a $20 over charged and I also tipped. If I would have got a paper receipt upon completion instead of a email receipt I would have caught the mistake right away! Feel like this probably happens quite often.
I was having the carpets cleaned for our move out. The closet mirror got cracked in the guest room during the cleaning. I wasn't at the house for the carpet cleaning (nor did the gentleman who cleaned the carpet make me aware) so I didn't find out until my husband did the walk-thru with our landlord the following morning. It was $175 for the mediocre carpet cleaning, plus we're out the money to repair the mirror out of our deposit making this a REALLY expensive carpet cleaning. As far as making it right, I'd appreciate being reimbursed the cost of the mirror, but I'm assuming since I made the mistake of not being there, that probably won't happen.

You didnt clean what I asked. I needed the equivalent of
4 rooms cleaned a large family room which was 2 and a dinning and living room combination which was another 2. Your techs told my wife that the family room was double but only cleaned half the room. I was told that a room was 200 sq feet the space they cleaned was barely 200 sq ft. The quality of the work was average at best. They area many streaks where they missed spots. On a good note the stairs and tile in the kitchen look good. You should clean the ray of my family room. This was in preparation or my daughters graduation where we have a lot of family visiting and the floor looks very embarrassing !!!!!!
