Wonderful customer service, both on the phone and the home representative. Zerorez was able to work with my schedule too! They arrived promptly and the representative was knowledgeable and polite!
Our tech was extremely knowledgable and friendly. We had 3 rooms cleaned and it only took the tech about 45 minutes to pre-treat and steam the carpets. We will definitely be using this company again!

Excellant service. Just moved in new place and didnt realize grout was eggshell color not dark brown. Carpet pain that no 1 thought would come up and the carpet would have to be replaced came out and you cannot even tell that it was ever there

My chiseled stone floors look like new and my large oriental rug turned out great! Nice to have them all clean and like new again. A very reliable company! I would highly recommend them.
