It got out the stains on our floor and they haven't reappeared. In the past I've gotten my carpets cleaned and that day they will look good but then the stains reappear. The carpet tech moved things around to get under things I had not moved, I thought that was very nice. It didn't take long and the carpets look great.

Couldn't believe how clean the carpet looked
The young man represented your company very well. He was prompt and outstanding and my carpets look amazing.
the grout cleaner was amazing!!!! The citrus scent was very nice and the Zerorez technician was extremely professional and accommodating
our client representative did a fairly good job but some areas of the grout didn't turn out as well as we thought it would.The refrig. moves easily but he didn't even question if we wanted that are cleaned. He also didn't even open the doors to the laundry area and left a dirt line there. When he tried to clean up after himself he left our wood floor all streaky and a mess. The carpet service did not leave a mess like that. I am uncertain whether we would do this again.We didn't get the satisfation for the cost.
I loved our technician Trevor. He was very nice, informative, he was early for the appointment and efficient in getting the job done.

Carpets are clean and technitions are professional
My old carpets look new everytime they are cleaned and it lasts for quite a while. I recently had you go to my mom's house and she is thrilled with the outcome. I also like the tile and grout cleaning.
No perfumes
Our rugs look fantastic. We will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend their services to others. We have used other companies in the past but our carpets didn't look as clean as they did with the Zerorez. Seth, your technician, was very nice and explained the cleaning process to us in detail. Thank you for a job well done.

The technician told me that I should have been charged more for the fourth room (my master bedroom) because of its size. Very little of the furniture was moved in any of the rooms, not even the bedside tables; thus, only the open space was cleaned. So basically, one half of each room had the carpet cleaned as I have large bedroom furniture in each of the rooms. I was a little taken back by his comments. In the past, other companies moved most of the furniture.
