I was a little disappointed that advertising stated 3 rooms of carpet cleaned for $99 yet I paid $232 to have 1 rug cleaned that was the size of 1 room. Seemed like 1 rug would be comparable to the cleaning of 3 rooms.
I have a yellow sectional sofa that you have been cleaning for the past 11 years and even though the fabric is worn a bit, after you clean it, it always looks fresh and new. Thank you Zeroez!

When I called to set up my appointment I was in a time crunch but was able to schedule a next day appointment. Our appointment was at 1pm but the technician called and was able to come a little early which worked out well. The carpets look great and the floors were dry within just a few hours, verses a few days as with previous companies. Overall I am very pleased with the service and the completed job. Will recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
