Wonderful citrus smell and great carpet cleaning

Fast and effective. Incredibly courteous service. Feel comfortable enough to leave staff in my home an just go off while they work. My latest service was due to a major water leak. I made sure the insurance adjuster knew that Zerorez was my service company, and I did not want to use their recommendation. I am also friends with folks that work for a major flooring company in town, and I've shared that Zerorez is amazing -- they should watch out! You do such fantastic work, if the word gets out, they'll be losing business......

Courteous company. Always work me in when I ask for service. Service staff are excellent, clean cut, well groomed and uniformed. I prefer no soaps and love the citrus pre cleaner scent. Other carpet cleaners outcome are poor because stains come back. Been using Zerorez for probably 10 years. Wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks.

We had an issue with our first visit, and severe wicking of stains we had never seen occurred. Zerorez came back immediately and fixed the problem. Now our carpet is stain free, smells great, and I am very grateful for their excellent customer service in fixing the problem.
