There was a stain in the middle of the family room carpet that we sprayed with a carpet cleaning spray to clean. The rocking chair was very wet and we had to put some towels on it to dry it out.

You advertise one price, 3 rooms for $99, and when the bill was rendered it was $133+ for TWO area rugs and Two hall runners.
What exactly does "three rooms" encompass, square footage ?? If so, please indicate such in your advertising..
The explanation given did not satisfy, but the stated price was billed, but not after some mumbling and hesitation on your mans' part.
There area a lot of rug cleaners out there. Get your act together !!

I don't think this type of cleaning works at all. My home still sticks from when my carpet was cleaned. I have never once had a problem with a bad smell in my home after having my carpet cleaned. Owner returned half of payment. My friends that have visited my home believe I should have received a full refund.

The carpet did not come clean. A second serviceman was sent back out and I told him to just do the one room that is empty and isn't used and do around the furniture in the bedroom. The streaks are now in different spots and you cannot tell the carpet was cleaned. Both times the guys unloaded and cleaned in 30 minutes and 20 minutes. That is 10 minutes a room. I am very dissapointed and am renting a steam cleaner myself this week to do the carpets. If they come clean, I will be requesting a refund. Customer service was very good, just not the actual result.

The technician was not only on time he was a few minutes early. He was friendly and professional and explained to us (we had forgotten)why Zerorez was better than most steam clean methods. The product specifies it leaves no residue that would attract dirt to the carpet. So far so good and the carpet looks refreshed. The carpet was completely dry when we went to bed which was great since most other steam clean methods seem to leave the carpets damper. Will certainly use Zerorez again.
Educate size of rooms cost more and tell people that 50% of the protectant will be removed during cleaning and to expect 90.00 to reapply it. Techs need to be customer oriented not just follow the rules never assume a customer is not educated and won't understand explanation of empowered water. Trust the customer when they tell you something. Verify the info if necessary but never let the customer feel lied to and not heard.
I have used Zerorez on many occasions and I recommend them whenever possible.
