What do you like about our products and services?

technician was early, very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended additional products I may like, but wasn't pushy about it. I had most things cleared out, but he helped move what was remaining. Was done in less than 2 hrs and even wiped up floor behind him, leaving me with clean, fresh smelling carpets. Will definitely be using Zerorez in the future and telling my friends as well!

The cleanliness of the carpet. The carpet is clean and very soft after it dries. The employees are very nice and informed.

I like the fact that not only did your product do an awesome job but so did your employee he came walk me threw everything he was doing and how it works and even recommend get stuff that you can take care I am very pleased thank you so much.

What could we do to improve?

The kitchen counter and floor were pretty good. Against the wall was not as good.
Upstairs the floor was ok and the shower was just ok. Lots of loose dirt still on the floor. Still lots of stains. I wish the guy had said- hey. I tired or something to indicate that he tried hard.

Really nice guy though.

I like that you don't use soap when cleaning and my carpets looked as good as new when finished removing pet stains.

Hello - The service is excellent!! I am so happy with my carpets and Trevor was very understanding and efficient. His customer service was exceptional. :-) I will be using Zerorez in the future!!
