Arrived early, very professional, did a great job. Carpets look like they are brand new.

The service guys were polite, helpful and neat. They did their jobs efficiently and well. Since I haven't used Zerorez before, time will tell me how well it works. Everything was cleaned as I requested and extra services were offered but not pressed, which I appreciate. I was especially impressed with the service men.

I love the tech and his overall focus on customer service. He worked extremely hard to ensure that I was pleased. The carpets and tile floors came out perfect. The rooms dried in 4 hours and everything looked like I had just put in new carpet. The process is the best I have ever had. The tech needs to get a nice Holiday bonus he was the best. I plan on using the vent cleaning in the spring.

The Technician was very professional and informative about the cleaning process and results. The product used to clean my carpets was not overpowering in fragrance. Stain that I was not hopeful of coming out did.

Carpet staid wet for 36 hours sticky and musty
