The young man that proformed our service was knowledgable,
very polite, and worked hard to ensure all spots were removed,
as we were moving into the home the next day. It was clean
and dry ready when the movers arrived.

2. We have been using you for 10 plus years. You've helped us keep a 12 plus year, light-colored Berber carpet "alive" and viable.
The carpet feels clean, no true harsh odors and it doesn't seem to instantly attract the dirt, oils from the family using it daily.

I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I have a chip in my brand new cherry wood peice from havertys and my blinds are broken. The rep that did my carpets did a great job but told me that my blinds were unstable because he knocked them off the track and bent the rid that they slide back and forth on. I am a single woman living alone and cannot close my living room blinds. Now I have to call someone to fix / replace my blinds.

The gentle man was very nice, my son was here when he came. I fell the night before had to go to the ER broke my wrist. I did talk to him before I gotten in the hospital. He told my son his spill and called me or I would have been here. Carpet man said he would cost $500.
I said man are you kidding what happen to the 99 for three rooms. You have some dogs stains yes we do. He continued he could this or that. By now I am pretty confused so what 100,do he tried to tell me,What does 200 do for me,I spray this stuff on the spots wait a little while
at first he said and hour wait than he would start to clean. He did not wait an hour he started right after he sprayed( so if it takes the special stuff to work best he should have waited and hour before he started part.he may have been here 90 minutes He did not leave no kind of paper what he did to the floor. It took three days for it to dry, disappointed in that part. Never heard from anyone, very disappointed in that part. I heard about your business on country radio station for some time, than my son started to talk about it hearing what a great job they do.NO it was not the best its ever been cleaned. I have noticed my socks look dirty even shortly after the cleaning thats not right. Ok this is my response,what about a redo for nothing 189. was pretty steap for the promise. I am so impressed that after I had left feedback from my carpet cleaning service, I was contacted by a representative. I was very satisfied with the service and the technician but my high traffic areas still appeared to be dirty. The representative offered to have the technician return to re-clean the areas in question. The technician was prompt for the appointment and retreated the areas and cleaned them again. I am truly impressed with your customer service and your product. Thank you very much.
Then customer service was spectacular. Angie was very flexible in scheduling our appointment and the young man that cleaned our floors was equally impressive. There was a clear difference in the look and overall feel of the floors.
