I had to call back 2 days layer because of no call back. When I did call back, representative wasn't really interested in providing service do I didn't schedule any service. A month later I called and received a call back immediately. However,I don't think the protector was applied to my sofa or the discount. Still waiting for a confirmation.

Superb and unmatchable service provided; no mess was left behind for us to worry about or clean up. No sticker price shocker! 3 rooms cleaned professionally for the previously agreed price, no hidden fees or tricks!. The carpet is spotless, just like new! We will definitely call back to get our carpets cleaned over and over again!
Our carpet looks great
He did a good job and he was friendly and professional. The only negative was he wasn't able to get out all of the stains on the bathroom grout.
The Technician was very personable, informative and professional. He was through and performed a fantastic job in cleaning my entire home in less time than I had anticipated.
