Seth was very professional and courteous. He also completed the job very quickly. Getting all of our stains out successfully! Found one minor glitch where his chord scrapped the paint off our door trim, but nothing major. Just needs to be a bit more careful in the future. Would definitely recommend you all and call again. I liked that no harsh chemicals were used. It really cleaned the carpets and left a nice clean smell. The technician was very nice and did a good job.

Prompt, courteous service. Only issue I had was that I didn't do enough research. I thought "zero rez" meant no residue at all and we would be able to walk on the carpets sooner that 6-8 hours.

I had problems with my carpet getting cleaned. The first two times they tried to clean it
Ben did a very good job of explaining what he was doing. I called after the second cleaning for them to come out again. I assumed they would send out Ben again as he was familiar with
what was happening with the carpet an the steps he had previously taken to correct the problem that was occurring. Instead they sent out Chris, who was very condescending and implied that I was only seeing shadows. I feel he only did a cursory job of cleaning. I also think it was a mistake for the company to send a different person who did not know what had happened previously. I called back the next day to let you know the carpet was still not clean and that I thought since your company had tried 3 times to clean it, I decided to let the carpet rest since it had been wet and dried 3 times in less than a week.

The service and product are exactly as promised. I had an area rug cleaned and it is beautiful! It even FEELS clean when we walk across it with bare feet, and it smells and looks brand new. The area rug professional called me and gave me a full evaluation and explanation of exactly how they would clean the rug, and made sure to understand what I needed before proceeding. Promptly show up and get the job done

The service man was on time and neat and courteous. I like the fact that the cleaning solvents were a naturally sourced product. I was amazed at how clean my older carpets had become after your service was complete. Because we have had several pets over the years, there was a lot of pet hair in the carpets. I was very pleased to find that your service had removed more of the hair than I thought was possible. The carpet got cleaned very well.
There was an issue that concerned us, though. The sales person told us that there would be two service men sent and that they had special equipment so that there wouldn't be any problem if something like a sofa needed to be moved or slid out of the way for cleaning, which was the case. The sofa only needed to be moved a couple of feet.
Upon being told this information, we chose Zerorez and didn't worry about this issue. What happened is that there was only one service man who informed me that he wouldn't be able to move the sofa, (A standard size sofa), because it was too large and heavy. The carpet under the sofa didn't get cleaned as we had hoped. There needs to be improvement in the area of company policy when a potential customer asks questions relating to what your services will and will not do. This was disappointing.
