Always on time and very pleased with the results. Did not feel pressured to be purchase additional services but was given options and allowed to decide.

I like the concept. I won't know for a few weeks if any stains come back. Also, my family room took two full days to dry. Not sure if the problem was the machine left to much water on the carpet or if my padding, that has a pet protector built in, created a barrier that caused the water to set on top. Either way it was an inconvenience.

The technician that showed up was courteous, professional and kind. Our carpets were only done one week ago and several spots have come back which was disappointing. Additionally commercials that we heard talked about making grout look like new but when he looked at our shower for an estimate - he informed that he could not do that job which was surprising. Understandably the tile in the shower is older but we really wanted to get it cleaned. Overall just very disappointed.

Service person was in uniform, clean and professional. Used booties to cover his shoes when entering my home. Explained the process from start to finish - arrived early and spent a good amount of time on my carpet cleaning. The carpet looks exceptionally clean and smells fresh.
