Your technician displayed great efforts in both explanation of the process and ensuring carpet cleaning was the best it could be. We required a call back for wicking, and he really made me feel he cared that carpet was no less than the best it could be. Our tech was extremely knowledgable and friendly. We had 3 rooms cleaned and it only took the tech about 45 minutes to pre-treat and steam the carpets. We will definitely be using this company again!

Excellant service. Just moved in new place and didnt realize grout was eggshell color not dark brown. Carpet pain that no 1 thought would come up and the carpet would have to be replaced came out and you cannot even tell that it was ever there
