The price i was told wrong information
The tile cleaning products smell very good, but more importantly they work amazingly well! The service tech. was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything. Not only was my house cleaner, but I learned a little something too.

The result speaks for itself! This was the second time I used your company and both the technician that came out and the work that were done were excellent..with one little caveat. We opted to have our ceramic tile shower cleaned this time. Though the carpet turned out excellent as before, the shower did not. Your technician worked very hard on the shower but your process just did not remove all of the scale, etc. that was on the tile. I have always cleaned the shower myself so I know how stubborn the scale is (I have to use very fine sandpaper to get it off!!) In any case, this by no means makes me feel any different about your company..you are still number one in my book when it comes to cleaning carpet and upholstery!
The odor treatment really worked and did what I needed it to do. The carpets looked great after cleaning and your service person was very professional and did a great job.

The actual appointment scheduling was very easy and the young man showed up exactly on the agreed upon time to the minute.
He was very knowledgable and was done in about 90 minutes.
The carpets and other space rugs look like new.

The service person was dressed neatly, on time, personable and professional. There was no odor to the cleaning product and our very soiled carpets were clean again! I wasn't really sure they could make that happen. I saw one spot after the carpet dried, and they returned to remove it. Great Job. Great Service.

Professional and carpets look great!
Had carpets cleaned to remove or even reduce the odor on a few spots but after carpet was dried it was still there. So i bought some treatment and did myself

I have been using Zerorez for several years without any issues and have been very happy with the service. This last time when I asked for the 3 room special that had never been an issue before, I got a lecture about one of the rooms being a little larger than the standard and that next time I would be charged more (four rooms instead of three). Again, this had never been an issue in the past.
