I sincerely appreciate the technician, Patrick, who did such a great job -- he was very courteous, right on time, and he explained the process to me fully. I got two business cards from him before he left and he took the time to answer some questions for one of my neighbors who dropped by when she saw the ZeroRez van! I will ask for Patrick again without hesitation. :)

Patrick was excellent! He was courteous and thorough (he wore the carpet protectors on his shoes ,put up wall guards, and put plastic peices under furniture). I have my carpets cleaned regularly and many companies don't do these basic things. In addition the carpets looked the best they have after professional cleaning and I liked the citrus smell. I will definitely use your company again.

The technician was on time, did a good job, and was very polite. He cleaned up before he left and my carpets look great!

We have used Zerorez for years - in GA and in FL. This time we didn't feel the carpets were as clean as they normally are. I would still use Zerorez again because we love the technique you use - but we must be in honest in saying we were a little disappointed. We would also still recommend them to friends based on the past experiences.

Carpet around the baseboards and doorways were not cleaned. This definitely needs to be better.

I really like how well the cleaning system cleans. However this time there was only one technician and he didn't even attempt to move the furniture to clean all the carpets. The previous two times zerorez cleaned my carpets there were two techs and they moved all the furniture with out even letting me help. Maybe a two man team should be standard and at least asking the customer would like the furniture moved.
