I really liked David. he did a great job - actually went over the carpet with a couple of strokes and removed most of the moisture and dirt. Other times we have had cleaned with zerorez - a good job was done by others - but David was by far much better. I would request David on my next cleaning.

we were not sure about the Zerorez method because it is not the 'normal' way to clean carpet but decided to give it a try. We found the Zerorez method to be as good as the 'other' methods without the chemical residue. After seeing the results, we decided that Zerorez was a better choice.
When I called the company in our city to find out about the product I happened to talk to the owner. He was very good in explaining the process without any oversell. When I decided to make an appointment, I stressed that besides getting the carpet clean I wanted the technician to be on time- or earlier ( I had the first appt of the day) and that the carpet was not left wet as a wet sponge. The last time another company did our carpet it was soaking wet and they said that was normal. Our appt time was between 8:30 and 9 but because I ask for 'as early as possible', the technician was at our door at 8:20. I am sorry to say that I don't remember his name, but he was very efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was finished in 1 1/2 hrs and left the carpet clean and moist but not soaking wet.
