we were not satisfied after the first grout and tile cleaning but Zerorez sent another team and he was very careful about leaking ot marking our wood floor and did a good job on he tile and grout

Carpets looked great
Firstly, the cleaning process was EXTREMELY wet (although to be fair, the tech did a good job of mopping up)-- I ran the a/c to speed things up, but could not (did not) walk on the carpeting for more than 48 hours. Now to the crux of the whole thing -- the cleaned carpets (never cleaned before) are streaky and blotchy, even where there had been no traffic (as in under the bed, etc (the room was totally empty) AND there are spots remaining that I believe should have come out. Lastly was the cost-- It seemed very high overall, especially considering all of my performance complaints. In short, the value was not there !!

This technician hurried and did an inadequate job of extraction. Water seemed through the area rugs into the wood floors, requiring us to flip them numeruous times. In addition he did not get a pet stain out. We will have to throw the rug out unless you retreat it.
The young man was prompt, worked hard, and the cleaning was very satisfactory.
The same stain continues to reappeared behind the door in my son's room. It has been treated twice .

Very friendly. The tech didn't find 100 things wrong with my carpet that resulted in additional charges like other services I've used before. He moved my furniture cleaning wall to wall without additional charges. My carpets were dry quick and still look excellent a week later. I will definitely be using them in the future.
