The service is always prompt and the results better than I expected. I recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family and will be using their services again in the near future.
The carpet did not come clean. A second serviceman was sent back out and I told him to just do the one room that is empty and isn't used and do around the furniture in the bedroom. The streaks are now in different spots and you cannot tell the carpet was cleaned. Both times the guys unloaded and cleaned in 30 minutes and 20 minutes. That is 10 minutes a room. I am very dissapointed and am renting a steam cleaner myself this week to do the carpets. If they come clean, I will be requesting a refund. Customer service was very good, just not the actual result.

The technician was not only on time he was a few minutes early. He was friendly and professional and explained to us (we had forgotten)why Zerorez was better than most steam clean methods. The product specifies it leaves no residue that would attract dirt to the carpet. So far so good and the carpet looks refreshed. The carpet was completely dry when we went to bed which was great since most other steam clean methods seem to leave the carpets damper. Will certainly use Zerorez again.
Educate size of rooms cost more and tell people that 50% of the protectant will be removed during cleaning and to expect 90.00 to reapply it. Techs need to be customer oriented not just follow the rules never assume a customer is not educated and won't understand explanation of empowered water. Trust the customer when they tell you something. Verify the info if necessary but never let the customer feel lied to and not heard.
I have used Zerorez on many occasions and I recommend them whenever possible.

Probably to be on time. I had a 11a-1p appointment and the technician didn't arrive till 3:45p. When you need to stay off the carpets for 6-8 hours it makes it difficult to have them cleaned so late in the day. I would definitely try you again as the carpets looked good but not without getting your first appointment of the day.
The service associate was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the benefits of cleaning my wood and travertine floors. They look beautiful and new again. Plus they smell great. I have an old dog that has been having accidents daily. I will definately recommend them .

I would suggest that you inform the customer that their carpet may "ripple" through the drying process. That was a surprise and unexpected. Although our carpets are no back to their regular shape.
I like the fact that water is used to clean the carpets and it doesn't leave residue in the carpet which attracts dirt.
Office and on site staff are very cordial and responsive. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of my carpets and my outdoor furniture cushions. I highly recommend them.
You do a great job and are reliable
Your products are "green" - non-toxic and water-based. Carpets are not soaked so drying time was very fast. Benjamin was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and explained every step of the carpet and tile cleaning process.

The representative that came out to my house politely waited for a real estate agent to let him in. Then took his time explaining to her and myself ...twp seperate times about what was done in ewch room of the house. Very nice. Very good job.
