You do good work
Your service was quick and easy schedule. The finished product looked great !
Very clean and knowlegeable. Couple visible dirty spots missed on the carpet because I did not point them out, but the Tech should have seen them.

I was disappointed in that it took a second cleaning to see any improvement in my carpet and tile. It should not have been necessary to have the cleaning done a second time but I am more satisfied now.

He did an outstanding and thorough job. I will definitely use Zerorez for all my future carpet and furniture cleaning needs.
The guy that came here was nice but seem to not want to stay very long and we were told that he is taught to get in and get out and get it done. When he left a few days later where he was plugged up to the machine some of our ivy died where the chemicals were at in the yard. This person was not very good as with the last person he was very thorough and good he wanted to help us.
