liked drying time
My technician was the best I have ever seen. Even though he was young, he took time to do every corner & explain each step to me. Very good work & love put into my carpet!

Good for allergies. .. no harsh chemicals
The technician was prompt and polite and completed his work in a timely fashion. However, the carpets took about 32 hours to dry and in some places they are still damp. We have had the A/C on 75 with ceiling fans running to help dry the carpets. There appears to be a residue on the carpets and a feeling of a hard film on them. They are not soft as they were prior to the cleaning. Zerorez cleaned our carpets previously and we did not find the same problem.
I love the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals, yet the cleaner does a fantastic job with the carpets. Also, Patrick, our carpet man is fabulous! He is very personal yet very professional. I enjoyed the service, and would definitely use you again and recommend you to all my friends.
The technician was prompt, explained what he will do and what the carpet should look like when he is finished and finished promptly.
