I like the all natural cleaning products that are used. I like the prompt attention and how everyone knows what they are doing and how friendly they are
You had to come back to protect the sofa. Unfortunately it was the wrong sofa. Now I need to contact you again to come back. To provide better service I recommend that you always ask about protection and don 't leave it to the client and set up thebappointmentbwhen something was done incorrectly. Instead it is now up to me to call you again.

Chairs had to be redone to get nap going in same direction to get rid of streaks. Same for area rug. Serviceman should have known better.

My job was a 30 min job but I still had to pay the min $150 which is a lot for such a small job. I probably should have shopped around to see if I could have gotten a better job, but have used Zerorez before so just called you first. Quick service, nice worker, fine job - just a high price for such a small job.
