I have not had carpet in years, I was amazed at the cleaning cost. $350 for less than 1.5 hours time spent on my carpet.

Your products are outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I have been listening to your commercials for years, first learning of your company from Belinda Skelton of Neal Bortz' days. Quite frankly, I thought my old carpet was hopeless. While it does need to replaced, a miracle was performed by Spencer. I cannot say enough about Spencer. He is extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to do an excellent job. He is a fine christian man and I hope you will send him the next time I request your service. I am recommending your company to my family and friends. Funny thing, the cleaner carpet actually made the entire rooms look as though they had been freshly painted. A special "thank you" to Spencer.
On time, knowledgable staff
Every inch of carpet in every room of the long-vacant house we are renting was heavily soiled with filth, food and drink spills, and pet excrement. The ceramic tile throughout was just as horrific. Seth was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and during the initial walk-through, he could see that some of the stains would be permanent, but he was confident that the majority would come out. He was right. Seth did a phenomenal job, never stopping once during the five hours it took to deep clean the flooring from top to bottom. The black tile grout turned out to be an off-white! The off-white carpets were no longer a nightmarish polka dot of stains! What is MOST IMPORTANT is that we no longer shudder walking on the floors, not even on the permanent stains, because we can see, feel, and smell that the tile floors and carpets are pristine clean now. Because of Seth and the Zerorez process we can walk across the carpets and tile in bare feet and wiggle our toes and it feels wonderful.

The person I set the appointment with was very helpful and courteous. The service technician was very friendly and provided excellent service. My house smelled wonderful and the carpets were clean. He was happy to move things off the carpets to provide the best possible service and was courteous and informative as to the drying time instructions. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family and will call the next time my carpets need cleaning.
Quick drying
Courteous and professional. I really like the chemical free cleaning because I have a3 year old and we're about to have a baby. Chemical free is very important to us. Plus I like that is better for the environment.
