Ivan was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with light furniture. Results are incredible, especially in area of pet accidents. One carpet was covered with pet stains from my diabetic dog - they are all gone! No spots, no odor! Thank you Zerorez!

Zeroes has done a great job cleaning my carpets and tile. Some 'shadowing' (for lack of a better description) appeared on my chairs after cleaning and Zerorez came back and re leaned my chairs without a second thought. They look great now and I appreciate their effort to maintain quality customer service! I will continue to use Zerorez and recommend their services!

I called on a Friday and was able to get my carpets cleaned the following Monday. I was a little disapointed when I recieved a quote for $129 and then was charged $309 for pet treatments. I would think we should know the possibility of the high price while scheduling

I have been using Zerorez for 10 years and will not use anything else on my carpet. In fact nothing else has ever been used on my carpet. I started using it because Clark Howard recommended it as it did not leave a residue and was great for dogs with allergies. I have a very light colored carpet and it is now 10 years old and it still looks new. I swear by zerorez and even had him clean my mother's carpet. Your technician was friendly, great with my dog, very thorough and professional. I couldn't be happier.
