When I got home and saw the cleaned carpets I was so excited, it looked brand new! I was very impressed that the carpets were not soaking wet and the whole process did not take long at all for them to completely dry. Ivan demonstrated the grout and title cleaning and we will being doing that in the near future.

It smells great in my house and was very impressed how good my grout came out. The only feedback regarding the cleaning of my tile was there was too much water left in spots. I had to get a towel and dry it myself.

Although the technician that came to our house was very thorough, the upholstery cleaning was just okay. We had our tile done the same day though and that turned out fantastic!

Was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He made sure to tell me if there were any problem areas that needed special attention and care. The quality of the products and services were the best I have had used and I will definitely use zerorez the next time I need to have my carpets cleaned or any other cleaning services provided for my home.
