The young man who came to clean our carpets was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgable about his job. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and even convinced me to get my 2 nice oriental rugs cleaned after showing me not only how much they needed cleaning, but also how important it was to maintaining the beauty and value of the rugs! Now that they are back in my living room and dining room, they look fabulous! I'll definitely call Zerorez again for my carpet and rug cleaning needs!
