carpet always feels so soft and smells so clean after shampooing. Love that there is no sticky residue left behind.

First off the techs who came out were not very approachable. Second they left the carpet very wet. The room that they did is the main room in the house. You have to go pass that room to get to the front door, kitchen, bathroom etc. Plus they knew we have multiple pets. So we wasted our money on this service. It took the carpets a good 24 hours before they were dry. If we would have known that we would have stayed somewhere else for the night. This has never happened with other companies we have used. Very upset that we wasted our hard earned money

The lack of soap that you use. I did find a mark in one of the closets which I do not believe was there. Weird like a hot pink color; but since it was the closet no one sees it. I thought your technician was very helpful.

When I scheduled my appointment I was not informed about the minimum price for someone to come out. I scheduled an appointment under the impression that I was just paying the one room price. I was also informed that they would help with the furniture. When David showed up he was extremely pleasant and professional. As we discussed everything he realized that I was misinformed, which he immediately took care of by calling the office. While he also did help with the furniture some it seemed like that is not typically what they do. I typed so much because I want to make sure you understand what went wrong so that others do not have the same problem. At the same time I didn't want to put anything less than a 10 because what lacked in communication David more than made up with in service and efficiency.
