I don't care for the fact that I have to pay an extra fee for service in Callahan when you are in the area anyway. Guess that's something that I will have to think about in the future. Other than that the technician was great but I don't think the landing is as clean as I expected. Couldn't tell until it was dry.Not as satisfied as I was with last service. All in all it was not a bad experience.

My technician, Ben, is an excellent rep for your company. He explained the process and products thoroughly, was lowkey and courteous, and I am immensely pleased with how the carpets and floors look. The fragrance of the product is pleasant and refreshing when I open the door. One thing.......I was quoted $175 for the floors. Ben measured, and it was significantly more. I understand describing the size and measuring the size can be different. I would suggest the telephone rep mention a starting dollar amount, with the understanding that the technician will have to measure on-site and the dollar amount could possibly be more. I will definitely highly recommend Zerorez.

Friendly employee, wasn't late for appointment. Citrus carpet spray (pre-treat?) smells great, but doesn't last very long after dry.
