One room looks great. The other room...well, it's a pretty crappy 'cleaning'. The carpet is streaked. It is not clean. Basically all you did was bring the dirt to the surface. Also, you pulled up the cartpet from the tack strips in 2 places. Sorry, but I would not recommend you.

In addition to regularly cleaning our carpets, Zerorez has now accomplished "the impossible" for us on two occasions. The first was a several-years-old rubber-cement spill that several other companies either couldn't remove or wouldn't attempt. The second was an Oriental rug that bled due to sitting in a flooded environment for days. They are our go-to team for carpets and rugs.

The service associate was running early and called to see if it was convenient for him to come earlier. I really appreciated that. He explained exactly what he would be doing. He also helped me move some small furniture and was very considerate that he did not damage our floors with the hoses. David worked very efficiently and when he was ready to leave, he asked me about my need for other services. We have mostly hardwood floors and tile and he explained what Zerorez could do to clean these surfaces. I definitely will call to arrange for the tile cleaning after the first of the year.
