We purchased carpets that were tested at Disney World years ago, probably around 25 years ago and it is impossible to tell that they weren't just installed. We had the rugs serviced by you last June and they really didn't appear to need cleaning with the exception of the entry stairs.
For size of our house the price was excellent and the gentleman that did the servicing did a great job in a short period of time. Since my wife was out of town, it was a perfect time as I just stayed in the basement until the rugs were completely dry. Will probably do it at this time next year.

Love how clean our carpet and tile floors are once they have been cleaned. We use Zerorez yearly and highly recommend them. Very prompt and do a wonderful job.
You called to see if you could come early and still showed up early. Came in reviewed our carpet and was very polite and was
very knowledgeable. Came in and got the job done quickly.

Every thing was very well done. Pickup and delivery was prompt and the people were polite and helpful.
Chris came out and did a great job on my very dirty carpet...my dog was very sick and made a total mess. Chris did his magic and removed all the stains! Very happy with his promptness and professional attitude. Will use your services again for sure!

I've used awhile ago ZEROREZ once and liked the service but over time services can change but not w/ZEROREZ. I appreciated in past the cleaning of carpet and upholstery sofas and now again appreciate outcome of severe dirty path-worn carpet areas, area rug (dog loves!), and my lounge chair. All of these recently cleaned items were done extremely well making these items look not the 10+ years they are. Ivan, attending tech, explained and answered questions thoroughly and in organized manner cleaned areas/chair needing cleaning. It's much cheaper having items cleaned well and not replacing the big-ticket items that we got over 10 years ago which I'm sure have gone up in price even if get on sale again. We cleaned the areas (except chair) before this professional cleaning and dirty path-worn carpet areas looked better but w/ZEROREZ look GREAT! Plan to use annually as cheaper to clean which will allow holding off replacement. Thank you again for such a good job!

The prior service I had back in September totally removed the dirt on the bedroom pathway; however, I was very disappointed that your service did not.
