Great technician and product!
We have used Zerorez before and liked it...also use a spray bottle of your product to clean spots. Kellen was very knowledgable, prompt, and did a great job.
The sofa/rug can be used in a few hours after being cleaned. Amazing that there is no left over soapy feeling.

The gentleman who came out to clean the carpets called to make an earlier appointment, instead of me having to sit around for hours. The rugs came out great! He was able to get out almost all of the stains, and the one that was left, if you didn't know about it, you wouldn't be able to find it .
The drying time and professional action is great. The fact that you retreated a bad spot really let me know you cared and wanted to do it right. Thank you so much.

Ivan came on time, was friendly & professional, wore shoe protectors to show respect for my home and did a great job, he worked very hard scrubbing the carpets to make them look new again. He also touched up some upholstery, which made a huge difference. I knew the price upfront and there were no surprises, except for a good one - that the rugs & chairs came out even better than I expected. He was meticulous, but got it done pretty fast. I'd definitely use zerorez again!
