The products are safe and very effective for cleaning
The service is always courteous and professional and the results are always excellent. I'd like to suggest that your staff wear two button polo/golf shirts rather than the current shirts...they get hot and sweaty working in the current shirts. It has to be terribly uncomfortable for them.

My only concern is the technician that serviced my rugs on yesterday's visit. He literally panicked when I had two bedrooms and a small area rug instead of three bedrooms. He kept saying he would be in big trouble for the substitution. He was very unsure of himself and kept assuring me he was a professional. ?? He constantly tried to sell me other services after I repeatedly told him I wasn't interested in anything other than the cleaning. I had to ask him three times if he could get started on the cleaning and not try any further sales tactics. His work was good but he wasn't the best representative of your company. The prior associates I have met were much more professional. Your phone personnel are terrific.

Brian was outstanding! He communicated extremely well. Additionally, he did a very thorough job cleaning our carpets. We like that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals. We have two young children that spend a lot of time playing on the floor. We want to be sure we are not exposing them to harmful chemicals. Zerorez gives us peace of mind while keeping our carpets clean. Thank you!

The product got rid of my dog smell, and the technician was very professional! I messed up and got blue ink on the carpet after he was done; he went back and cleaned up my mistake without hesitation. If I could ask for him again I would!

The technician arrived on time - - was very knowledgable - - and was very professional. His name was Chris. He went straight to work and did an excellent job! I was extremely please with the results and will definitely have you back to clean other rooms and will recommend to friends and neighbors!

Clean the carpet thoroughly the first time. Didn't agree w/ Ben's assessment of why the "ventilation lines" were still in the carpet after the cleaning because the majority of them around the other pieces of furniture came out w/ the initial cleaning. Did not have Ben do any additional cleaning because we decided to replace the carpet since several other stains seemed to be permanent. Didn't want him to waste his time.
Don't leave "hills" in the carpet. Carpet was pulled up in several rooms by the cleaning process and didn't flatten back out several days later. Wasn't really given a satisfactory answer as to what would be done to remedy that. Good question - what does Z-rez do to correct this situation? Ben never really answered that question and I didn't really pursue it since we are having the carpet replace.
However, I appreciate the follow up and professionalism of all the Z-rez people I encountered. I was impressed w/ how clean the carpet did get.
The tech arrived ahead of schedule and was very thorough explaining all the cleaning options available for my job, was very quick with starting the cleaning process after all answering all of my questions. Was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He made sure to tell me if there were any problem areas that needed special attention and care. The quality of the products and services were the best I have had used and I will definitely use zerorez the next time I need to have my carpets cleaned or any other cleaning services provided for my home.
