The techs and their work was outstanding. They not only did what I asked but offered additional service to preserve the work and prolong the time frame before cleaning is needed again.

I have been using Zerorez for 10 years and will not use anything else on my carpet. In fact nothing else has ever been used on my carpet. I started using it because Clark Howard recommended it as it did not leave a residue and was great for dogs with allergies. I have a very light colored carpet and it is now 10 years old and it still looks new. I swear by zerorez and even had him clean my mother's carpet. Your technician was friendly, great with my dog, very thorough and professional. I couldn't be happier.

The tech, Ivan, was top-notch - professional and personable. The carpet cleaning was impressive, cleaned most of the spots I was concerned about. However, two issues I have are 1. that the carpet was pulled up in numerous places (not just at the wall edges) so it looks like I have rolling hills in some areas of the carpet, and 2. there still was a significant dirt line where the bed had been and where the couch was in the living room. Don't really understand why those two areas didn't clean up much better considering that 90% of the bad spots and all of the high traffic areas cleaned up very well. These two areas were NO traffic areas because one was underneath the bottom edge of the bed and the other was at the face of the couch.

the job done was super....the thechnition that came to my home was very polite , and he explained the process to me ,and did a fantastic job.... the work was completed in a timely mannor , however it was no a rush job.. he did a great job on every area that he worked on. i will ... recomend this company to all my friends ,,,, and to all the facebook friends also.. i have a home with clean , back to new ,, carpet.. this is without a doubt ,,, the company to call ,,, if you have a need to clean any surface....... very happy with the results ,& with the employee ... Knowledge and patience of the tech. He spent quite some time explaining the process, the cost and helped my husband move some of the furniture. The final result was very good and we had almost the whole house's carpets cleaned.
The stairs were adequately done; however, he left a large puddle of water on the ceramic tile at the bottom of the entrance hallway stairs. If I had not noticed it before my husband or I came down, one of us could have slipped and the results could have been disastrous.
Zerorez always does an awesome job and try to accommodate our requested time to take care of one of our Showhomes!

I have always been happy with the service that I get it Zerorez Although this time you must know that the two extra rugs I paid for to be cleaned one no longer had any smell of my dog. And the other was like it had never been cleaned at all ....I had to put it in the garage. keep in mind this is just dog smell not Urine smell.So I felt like the money I paid for to clean the smaller rug was thrown away. Don't know what went wrong there I know it wasn't intentional.

Our carpet looks great and smells wonderful. Our tech David was fantastic, very professional but friendly. He did a great job and went over and beyond with cleaning our carpet. He deserves a raise!
I was impressed with the company from the schedulers, the reminder calls and by my technician, Seth. He was punctual, addressed all my needs. Best of all the carpets
came out so clean I do not feel like I need to replace them now. They look amazing!
There were some really bad stains and Seth made sure he paid extra attention to those
areas.
I am looking forward to seeing what Zerorez can do for my tile. I have heard the commercials on the radio for years. Now I am a believer. Zerorez will be the only carpet cleaner company I will use. No harsh chemicals!!
