Spent more time trying to get me to purchase extra options than it took to clean the carpets. Was not expecting the used car tag team sales approach. The carpets are cleaner than before. That's what I wanted. I have had much better carpet cleaning that at least raised the nap of the carpet. I was lied to about dry time and had to cancel movers so they didn't deliver on top of wet carpets. The fans promised to dry overnight were not left. Bad experience.

You were on time, courteous and you completed the job promptly and you did a great job. I plan to use you again.

I liked that it didn't leave a soapy residue to attract more dirt. It really looked clean in all the spots I had, but there is one dark spot that came back. I know it was a big spot and that it was deep in the carpet. Just saying, it came back.

Your tech was very very polite and business like and really knew his product. Good sales personality.

This is my 3rd time using Zerorez. I keep coming back for a reason....I am a very satisfied customer! Zerorez's products and services are just outstanding. I love the clean, citrus smell after my carpet has been cleaned. It's exactly like the radio commercials when they say "It leaves no sticky, crunchy residue and the carpet looks great"!
