Very efficient and helpful service man

Spencer was awesome! He was extremely thorough, answered all of my concerns and questions, and did an amazing job! My carpets look brand new!! Seriously amazing! I've already told several friends about you all and specifically about Spencer. The level of service was above and beyond what I was expecting!

Your service people are true professionals and extremely polite. Your technicians have always done a wonderful job.
There was one large dark spot that had not been a recurring problem. It was about 18" by 2'. The technician pre-teated the area and then sprayed on some of your post-cleaning spray. This did not remove it. The technican stated that these are just problems that hapen when dust accumulates. I was not convinced. Later the next day, I used a spot cleaner (Folex which you can buy at Home Depot). It took about 10 minutes to lift the spot. Your chemicals do not appear as comprehensive and you technician is working with what he has, but dismissing customer concerns.
The cleaning of my household rugs was very good and I was very pleased; both with the work and the technician. HOWEVER, you also "cleaned" my oriental rug and that I was not so pleased. The color was changed from a cream to a yellower shade. Would not recommend you for this type of cleaning.

This is the third year I've had my travertine floors cleaned. I am always very pleased with how good they look afterwards. The service tech is always polite and efficent. Overall, just a good experience.
I like the fact that you take the necessary time to do the job right. You are more expensive than other carpet cleaners but I feel that this is a case of where you get what you pay for.
