Zerorez did a fabulous job cleaning my rugs.The technician, Keller Moore, was extremely professional,friendly,& knowledgeable about not only the process of cleaning rugs, but about every service zerorez provided. I am using zerorez again, this time to clean my couches, because of the professional and outstanding job Kellen Moore provided when he cleaned my rugs. I would highly recommend Zerorez for anyone who is thinking about having these services done.

I called your office after hearing your ad on WOKV talk radio advertising 3 rooms for $99.00 and asked for that special. I was told by the person answering the phone on Monday morning that the ad shouldn't be playing because that special was no longer valid and that I would have to pay $129.00. She wasn't apologetic about it and frankly was borderline rude about it. I heard the ad play again later that afternoon advertising again 3 rooms cleaned for $99.00. I feel that I should have been given the price I heard advertised on the radio. That is the only complaint I have regarding my Zerorez experience. David the tech who came to perform the service was polite and committed to do the best job he was capable of doing. I would definitely ask for him to come again and clean my carpets and also refer him to my friends and family wanting to have their carpets cleaned. By the way this is the retired Navy veteran David as he explained that there are 3 techs named David.

I had my carpets cleaned by your company last week, June 26, 2015, and was extremely pleased with your services. Austin was very professional, polite and did an excellent job. He even gave me an opportunity to view the results upstairs before completing the stairs. Additionally, he arrived timely and completed the job rather quickly. I will definitely be calling Zerorez for all future cleanings.
I am really disappointed with my carpet cleaning service. I have given repeated business to Zerorez for the past 7 years. They have a habit of quoting the customer one price on the phone and coming out to the property and increasing the quoted price but not performing any additional services. Moreover, I always request them to provide me with one of their more experienced technicians prior to the service date and the phone operator, Alexis, makes a note and assures me that she will send her most experienced technician. However, on the day of service, I arrived to find a new hire instead of carpet technician that I've done the past 8 or 9 carpet cleanings with. When I call to find out what happened, I am promptly told that no such note was made. Zerorez has a pattern of not keeping their word to their customers. For instance, in my most recent carpet cleaning, I had forgotten to include the closet of the home in the cleaning. I called Zerorez and the phone operator, Alexis, promised me that they would come back out and do the closet for free. But when the technician arrived, he informed me that cleaning the closet would be an additional $43.00 charge and that he was never notified of the phone conversation I had with Alexis. My repeated business over the past 7 years should guarantee excellent customer service, but instead I am conned into paying more for the exact same services.
