The service man was very prompt, personable and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and tile. This is my second time using Zerorez and would definitely recommend to others.

The technician was very professional and customer friendly. The carpets were left looking very nice. The only problem I have is that after he left I found that he had not removed movable chairs and cleaned under them. Stanley Steamer does that and then puts small blocks or pieces of plastic under movable furniture.

The service attendant was prompt and explained everything he was going to do. The only thing is that he said we would be receiving a receipt in our email but we have NOT received it yet. I would appreciate it if you could send our receipt.
The thoroughness, courtesy and professionalism of your service rep. He was persistent and successful in removing a stain that had been in the carpeting for over a year. Also, after the carpeting dried, it felt soft to walk on bare foot, not crispy and crunchy like other cleaning products leave it.
We like that the rental house now smells like orange peels rather than dog pee :)
