I like it because it leaves no residue and it looks great. My carpet is 15 years old and your rep said it is in great shape for that age. Just 2 of us living in the home and we take good care of our home.

The job was quoted at a price and on arrival at site became $75.00 more and the job was unsatisfactory and another technician had to come out the next day. The advertisements for Zerorez are not what you get on the job.
Good technician, but several stains came back after carpet dried. Technician had to go back to office due to faulty equipment. This delayed completion.

Very clean. Very fast. I can tell a positive difference immediately.
I discussed specific stains with the person on the phone and she even put me on hold to inquire about whether that is something they could handle. She told me that you could not promise they would come out, which I understand. But it didn't even look like he tried. I came home about an hour after the person left and the carpet was still wet. I went to the stained area and was able to soak up the majority of the stain (paint) by hand, on my own. If you are unable to do a focused cleaning on stains then you should say that up front. If I had known that I would be spending 2 hours on my hands and knees soaking up the stain anyway, I wouldn't have bothered hiring someone to "clean" the carpet.
The products that were used were effective and had a nice, clean smell. Zerorez representatives were very professional and helpful from my first call to ask questions and schedule an appointment to the actual service. The technician arrived on time and was prepared to perform the cleaning that I had requested. Thank you!
