No soap or chemical residue
I love how clean the carpets look and the fresh smell. I also like the speed at which they dry. Knowing how hot the water is lets me have an extra sense of germ reduction. The tech. is always polite and professional looking.

The chemical free products
I've always given 10. This last time, I spilled a beverage on my carpet just after zerorez left from cleaning the carpets. I used my own steam cleaner to clean the area and was shocked by how much dirt was still in my carpet. I decided to do another area and the water in my steam cleaner was black! Makes me question how clean zerorez is actually getting my carpets!
You all were very informative, efficient, and my carpets look great.

I am sure your products and services offered are comparable to the competition. The difference, the one that really matters is the people. From the young lady who scheduled and then rescheduled my appointment to stellar performance of the technician who performed the work at my home, the experience was top flight. I was particularly pleased with the tech. Pleasant easy to deal with and an efficient workman. You people would be wise to uptrain that man and move him up the company ladder. You are well represented by that man.

The prior guy did an excellent job. The last guy, missed a spot and the kitchen tile floor was not as cleaned as the first time. Maybe he was in a hurry, I don't know I thought things looked great but then I took a second look after he left.
