Fair pricing and really great people

We loved zerorez in the past, but were very disappointed this time. Although the grout in the tile and the carpet looked very good after cleaning, there was an odor left behind in our house. It was a fragrance that we did not expect and did not want. Not sure, why. After over a week it is finally starting to fade. Secondly, the technician splashed some product or the hoses left some product on our dining table and on the wall in our piano room. In addition, although the technician wore booties, there were foot prints all over our wooden floors that were very visible to us. I had to polish (on my hands and knees )every room in the house that has wooden floors. My husband had to steam clean the tile floors after the technician left (no product, just steam) because he could see a residue. I am not sure what happened this time, because we have been huge fans of Zerorez in the past and have recommended your company to a few people. I doubt that we will use your company again unless you go back to your old and better ways.

It was quick service and Austin is a very nice young man and polite. He did a good job. I thought it was to be $129 though for the 4 rooms. The charge was $154. . Name removed

They work. We have two big Labs and dog people know that no matter how clean they look----they really fool you! Professional and yet personable. We have used your service for years, and would not go to any other. I love the fact that you do not use any soap.

My house got a lot of dust dropped from the vents. I believe some sort of protection should be placed around the vents to stop the back flow. Sweeping the floor does not get that dust off of furniture. I have pictures of the mess created. I thought that the dust would be contained in some sort of bag or container.

All natural cleaners, no residue, service was on time and quick.

Careless worker. Never used corner protection. Didn't have all his equipment to complete the job. Went back to prior job to get it while in the middle of the job. Spilled cleaning solution all the way up the drive and into the garage. Several spot that he did deep extraction didn't get it dried. Had to get the areas retreated the next day. When I called the office to get the problem taken care of tried to schedule me for a time that was convenient for them not me the customer. Also ask for the owner to call but never heard from him. Won't use Zerorez again

Many stains did not come up during cleaning that I feel would have using a different service.

Your employee was very friendly and courteous, I give him high marks. However, the carpet looked good when wet but when dry it looks the same as it did prior to the cleaning. It was a total waste of $129.00. I went over a ZeroRez cleaned area with my hoover shampooer and did not believe the dirt that came up. Repeat, a total waste of money.
