The technician took great care to clean the carpet. He was extremely thorough. The carpet is the cleanest it has ever been and I will definitely use ZEROREZ again. I will wholeheartedly recommend ZEROREZ to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned!
It did take 2 cleanings, but the final results were great. Our tile looks 100% better and the house does not have the odor it did before.

We selected Zerorez after hearing about it on the Sean Hannity show on WOKV. We main reason for choosing Zerorez was the fact that there is no residue left after the cleaning is completed. The man who cleaned our carpet was neat, clean, and did an outstanding job.
Overall the experience was fantastic. The result were clean carpets. The technician called before his visit and explained what he was doing. I only wish I had called in the past. We will most likely have you back to clean our tile.
