First of all, that it really worked well on our tile to clean the grout and make it look like new again. Also, the customer service was outstanding; the technician was friendly, professional, and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience and we will use Zerorez again in the future!

The technician, Ivan Spencer, was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. The carpets looked like they were when we bought our home 3+ years ago, like they were brand new. My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with the results and will recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs a referral for a carpet cleaner.
