Efficient and Natural Products
My carpets and furniture look clean and stay clean longer with Zerorez.
The corners of my tiled areas were never touched so I still have dirt build up in the grout at the corners of the room.
The edges of my carpet where it meets the tile were not evenly cleaned so I have dark areas still there.
No attention was given to spots except the pre-spray. The excuse given was the age of my carpet. Blew the electrical outlets in my Master bath and didn't draw my attention to it. More interested in the length of time in my home than doing a complete and thorough job.
No residue left
The people who did the service were excellent. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional.

As always your technician was professional, prompt and knew how to clean a carpet. I have used your company for years and recommend to all my friends. One time my dog had cut her paw and left blood marks all over the carpet before I could bandage the cut. I called and explained the situation and you sent a technician out that day to take care of the cleaning.
