Careless worker. Never used corner protection. Didn't have all his equipment to complete the job. Went back to prior job to get it while in the middle of the job. Spilled cleaning solution all the way up the drive and into the garage. Several spot that he did deep extraction didn't get it dried. Had to get the areas retreated the next day. When I called the office to get the problem taken care of tried to schedule me for a time that was convenient for them not me the customer. Also ask for the owner to call but never heard from him. Won't use Zerorez again
Many stains did not come up during cleaning that I feel would have using a different service.
Your employee was very friendly and courteous, I give him high marks. However, the carpet looked good when wet but when dry it looks the same as it did prior to the cleaning. It was a total waste of $129.00. I went over a ZeroRez cleaned area with my hoover shampooer and did not believe the dirt that came up. Repeat, a total waste of money. It has to be before 10/22 since I have decided not to take a chance with another carpet cleaning company and having the carpet replaced.

A small mess of either cleaner or protectant was left on my tile right in front of my front door. Also there were some spots missed in the area where I had cleaned. The operator was very friendly though.

I've always had a great experience with the product. Never wet carpet for days, always clean and the tile cleaning is amazing too. The staff is amazing.

I REALLY like the fact that the entire house smelled like a clean citrus scent once he was finished and he got out a few stains that I didn't think would come out.
Also, we just got a puppy and he had a few accidents here and there so I wanted a good cleaning to prevent any unpleasant urine odor. The carpet looked flawless once they were finished. I will definitely be using this company again! Some carpet cleaning companies do a mediocre job, but this company is hands down the best I have used so far.
