I like the high quality of your product. My carpets are always soft and very clean after your visit.
I am very satisfied with Zerorez. My only concern is that the technician, Robert, is very high pressure regarding sales. He repeatedly tried to sell protective sealing for my carpets as well as grout cleaning for my tile. I told him clearly that I just wanted the carpets cleaned. This happened on Robert's previous visit as well.
The personnel that answer the phones are very professional.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have used Zero Rez at least the past. 4 years and been very satisfied with the results. They treated the spots of I concern and were able to get them clean. This time all of the stains or extra dirty stains did not come clean. The tech said as the carpet ages it is not as resilient in stain removal.
All of our carpets were installed at various times and none if them cleaned up very well. I also noticed that when I walked on the carpet when it was still damp and then stepped on my tile floor it was not slippery. Usually it is very slippery ( basic). This makes me think rmthT the concentration if the cleaner was not as strong as usual.

It is sometimes uncomfortable to have strangers coming in to your home, however this experience was far from uncomfortable. David was fantastic. After introducing himself, he explained the process and walked through the areas to be do done. His professional and congenial personality gave me a feeling of trust and confidence. He worked efficiently and cleaned up as well. Halfway through the family room carpet, he called me to compare what was done to what was not…what a difference! I was astonished at how clean our carpets looked when David was finished. I will definitely use this service again (requesting military David) and recommend Zerorez to everyone.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

A rep came out on 10/12 to look around to be able to give us a quote. 1 week later I still had not heard back from anyone, so I sent an email asking for the quote. I received back a quote with a price of $0.00. I called the office and the lady told me that the system was messing up and that they would have a quote to me the next day. (10/23). Today, 10/27, I still have yet to receive a quote or anything back from anyone.

What do you like about our products and services?

The Technician was professional and listened to my needs regarding my carpets. He answered all my questions before beginning the process. He also was respectful of my home and careful not to damage anything in the process of proving the cleaning service. He explained what he would be doing so I knew exactly what to expect before he began cleaning.
