Zerorez does a terrific job our carpets look brand new when the job is complete. We are very happy with their work and their employees are very nice and explain the cleaning process and what they will do for the extra stains. The carpet was too wet - especially on the stairs. After cleaning of the bar stools one had a spot on it that was not there prior to the cleaning. I may have been expecting too much for an old carpet but I thought it would perk it up more. I do not expect anything from you. Things don't always turn out as planned. I hold nothing against your company or anyone. David was personable and professional.
