At this time I am satisfied with all products used in my home. We've already had a mishap, and it cleaned up nicely. The smell of your product at the beginning of service was extremely noxious. but I had a surgical mask and that helped tremendously. I very much liked the cleaning aspect and the urine odor seems to have been handled. I appreciated the quickness of the entire process and your repre-sentative, David (military) was very professional, helpful and courteous. A good experience, which I will certainly use again, when needed. Put me on your annual renewal notification. Name removed

I can always count on a quality job done by knowledgable representatives.
We're not 100% certain the fault lies entirely with Zerorez since our carpet is over 10 years old, but we suspect the serviceman did not pre-treat the spots because they did not all come out. Also, we had the sofa cleaned by your company and there are stipe-like marks that don't seem to go away even when we brush the fabric nap in different directions. Hopefully that will go away with time but we can never remember having that problem before. Also, the arm of the sofa was especially dirty which was discussed with the serviceman prior to his beginning the cleaning. When my husband saw that the area was still in less-than-satisfactory shape, he cleaned it himself with a towel and some of YOUR spot cleaning product that we've used for years. It is much cleaner now. So, we are again wondering if any pre-treatment was accomplished. We've been customers of Zerorez for a number of years now and have recommended your company to neighbors and even our condo association. This is the first time we have ever experienced a less-than-satisfactory opinion of your work.

I was impressed that you provided protection for the corners that would be in contact with your hoses. Your tech advised me in advance that he might not be able to improve certain areas of my carpet instead of making excuses after cleaning. As it was, the area that he questioned came up just fine. After the scheduling got straightened out, the experience was a positive one.
Your product and services WORK!! I have had my carpets cleaned by you guys 3x now and my carpets look great considering they are from 1997 and I never get the protection additive. I am a dog owner too.
