The technician took great care to clean the carpet. He was extremely thorough. The carpet is the cleanest it has ever been and I will definitely use ZEROREZ again. I will wholeheartedly recommend ZEROREZ to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned!
It did take 2 cleanings, but the final results were great. Our tile looks 100% better and the house does not have the odor it did before.

Very professional employees and great results!
The technician was very professional and customer friendly. The carpets were left looking very nice. The only problem I have is that after he left I found that he had not removed movable chairs and cleaned under them. Stanley Steamer does that and then puts small blocks or pieces of plastic under movable furniture.
Attention to detail, carpets stay cleaner longer. Have used you for the past 7 years
