I was very unhappy with the results of my carpet cleaning. The technician
was great but the cleaning did not accomplish much at all, it actually made
my carpet look worse. I can see where the chemical was sprayed and where
that is actually got clean but it is only in very small streaks where it
was applied to my carpet. Now there are "clean" streaks and spots where the
cleaning agent was applied and that's all. So it is obvious that it does
work but needs to be applied more thoroughly and completely to the entire
area. I have attached pictures of the streaks that were not there prior to
this cleaning so that it cannot be said that the cleaning agent you use is unable to clean severely worn carpet like mine.

My first time and the guys did a great job, professional, neat & helpful. I was going to get 3 carpeted rooms done but when they showed me what they do with tile. I was blown away. I got the kitchen, 2 bathrooms & foyer done. Amazing!!!

u need a beaterbrush like attachment.figured professionally carpet cleaning would have been better than that.borrowed friends hoover with brush and that fixed problem.

Residue and dust at every site where air ducts were cleaned out including my husband's tall dresser where his personal items sit. Two air duct vents were not put back on either. Air duct cleaning is way overpriced as well. Not a service cost I wish to incur again in the future. Carpets looked great though, company came highly recommended by many neighbors.

They took the time to do it right. Very careful to protect my house. Worked over stained areas until they were sure they got it out.

The carpet was cleaned in different directions so thy were lines going vertical and horizontal in each room. I wish he had cleaned going in one direction so the carpet lines would look symmetrical. I took pictures if you would like to see the work. I am a real estate agent and this was one of my customers rental properties. They were also not happy with the work. I will keep sending you business but I expect better than this last cleaning. Thank you.
