I absolutely loved the scent of citrus that you use.i was amazed at the appearance of my kitchen tile after cleaning it. I felt like I was looking at brand new tile. I would recommend Zerorez to all my friends and neighbors. As a matter of fact I actually had a neighbor of mine come in and look at my kitchen floor. She agreed that it looked like new. I think you have a great product. I might also add Spencer was absolutely terrific extremely knowledgeable of all he was doing. I am so glad that I heard about your service on the radio. He was on time, actually called and said he was running early! Was informative, friendly. Got all my spots out. He was able to clean my dining room chairs which I did not ask for when I made the appointment.

Clean carpets but the spray protection made the carpet feel like soap. Took 3 days before the living room carpet felt dry. There were foot prints on my wood floor from whatever was sprayed on the carpet. The bedrooms were dry in a day. I did not have this problem the first time I used zerorez.
