I like that our carpet came out so clean! And it was not soaking wet. We were able to walk on it in a manageable time. Since the cleaning we have had a spill that came right up! I highly recommend Zerorez to all my friends!

There was a weird residue left on my carpet. Every time we walked on the carpet, we could feel it on our feet and it left a film on my hard wood floor. I guess I thought Zeroez stood for no residue. The guy that did it was very nice. But I would not recommend to anyone and would never use you again because of the weird stuff left behind.

The tech, Ben, was pleasant and did a great job. He arrived on time, kept us apprised of his progress and left us with a clean carpet an sofa.

My carpets look as good as they did when they were new. I thought I was going to have to replace my bedroom carpet, but thought I would give Zerorez a chance. WOW! Looks great. Kellen did a great job. Punctual and respective.

Ben was very friendly and explained the whole process as to how the carpets were going to be cleaned and how he was going to ensure the carpets were cleaned and how long it would take. He went above my expectations and told me when it was half way done and completely finished. He also explained to me the best way to help the carpets dry and why it was important to stay off the carpet as much as possible. He even gave me shoe covers in case I needed to go anywhere there was carpet. The process itself was faster then I was anticipating and the house was left smelling amazing because of the pretreatment. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants their carpets cleaned.

I like the end results! Even though my carpet is old, it was so much brighter, and looked new again after being cleaned! The technician listened to all my son's request about the carpet and was done in no time. Thank you again for your wonderful service!
